Right now I'm maintaining three microblogs - this one, a Mastodon account,
and my .plan file. Honestly, I don't have the time to maintain all three
of them.
This microblog is the one that feels the most redundant, so I'm putting it on hiatus for the forseeable future.
I'll open-source the microblog once I've cleaned up the backend code to make it more user-friendly.

I'm trying to find ways to implement some sort of ActivityPub support for this microblog. Stumbled upon this helpful post, but it seems like I'll have to generate a lot of JSON for each post I make.
Even if I implement that, I'll still lack a lot of features such as boosting, replying, etc. so it's a lot of work for little to no benefit.
The solution? Migrate to another instance so that I can keep using all the social aspects of the Fediverse. 😅 Looks like I'll be moving to twoot.site. This microblog will still remain active though.
Why does this exist?
My Mastodon instance toot.site is shutting down prematurely. I need to either move to another instance, or leave Mastodon entirely.
I wasn't able to find an instance which fit all my criteria, so I coded up this experimental microblog. Posts will be much less formal than an actual blog.
